Why should I sign up?
Salem’s Rewards program is our way of rewarding you for being a loyal customer! We’re even giving you 50 FREE points just for signing up!

How do I sign up?
Download our Salem’s Fresh Eats mobile app and follow the prompts to sign up for an account. Alternatively, you can sign up right here and order online through our site.

How do I check my points balance?
You may access your account by signing into the Salem’s Fresh Eats mobile app or our website.

How do I add points to my loyalty account?
Order through the app or online (applicable for Pickup Orders placed via Pickup Button) and your points will automatically be added after login. Or you can give the cashier your phone number before checkout, if ordering in person.

When do I get my 50 FREE points?
After you have signed up for your account through the app or online, your 50 free points will automatically be added.

When will I get my Salem’s Reward Dollars?
When you have earned 100 points, a $10 Salem’s Voucher* will automatically be loaded onto your account for use on your NEXT eligible check. Please note that these rewards cannot be used for specials, promotions, or discounted items, and will expire after 45 days.

Can I get cash back from my rewards?
No, we do not offer cash back on rewards.

Are Salem’s Rewards available at all locations?
Because we are a franchise, our franchisees have the option of participating in our loyalty program.

Are my Salem’s Rewards automatically applied to my check?
No. You must elect to use your rewards on the app or online. If ordering in person, you must inform our team members that you would like to use your rewards. If not, they’ll be saved until your next visit, but must be redeemed within 45 days from the time that you originally earned the Reward. Rewards passing the 45-day mark will expire and may not be reissued. Also, rewards cannot be applied to specials, promotions, or discounted items.

When I redeem my Salem’s Rewards, will I still earn points?
You will earn points for the money that you spend. So, if your original bill was $14.99 before tax, and you had a $10 Salem’s Reward, you would earn 4 points for the balance that you paid.

Can I redeem more than one Salem’s Reward at a time?
Your $10 Voucher can only be used once so we recommend using it for checks over $10 to obtain its full value.

Can I use a coupon and a Salem’s Reward on the same check?
Yes. You can use a coupon and your Salem’s Reward on the same check, depending on the coupon and its terms on the back of the card.

Do I earn points on Uber Eats, DoorDash?
No. Since orders are placed through third-party delivery platforms and payments are made directly to them, we are unable to apply rewards. We recommend ordering through our site and selecting Pickup to get your points.
