Why should I sign up?
Salem’s Loyalty Rewards is our way of rewarding you for being a loyal Salem’s customer! We’re even offering you 50 FREE points just for registering!

How do I sign up?
Go to salemsfresheats.com/loyalty and click  Register Now. At this point, you have a couple of options:

Option 1 – Physical Card

  1. If you were given a physical card at the store, then you may click the Register My Card button. On the following screen, enter the card number you have (14 digit number on the top left-hand corner on the back).
  2. Next, enter the required info and click Submit.
  3. You will receive an email from Salem’s Fresh Eats Loyalty Rewards with a subject line of Welcome to the Program.
  4. You’re done!

Option 2 – Cardless (Virtual Card)

  1. Click the Sign Up button under the Create A Cardless Account section.
  2. On the following screen, fill out the online form and click Submit.
  3. You will receive an email from Salem’s Fresh Eats Loyalty Rewards with a subject line of Welcome to the Program.
  4. Done!

How do I check my points balance?
You may access your account online by visiting your member login page here.

Will I receive a card in the mail?
No. If you register online and do not already have a physical card in your possession, you will be registering for a virtual card. To use your card, you simply provide your phone number to the cashier before you pay for your meal. If, however, you already have a physical card and registered it, then simply give your card to our team member during checkout.

How do I use my loyalty card?
In the store, your cashier can look up your account by your phone number and assign your loyalty card to your check. If you have a physical card, you may present it to your cashier for them to swipe it and assign it to your check. For now, loyalty will have to be submitted to our office if you are ordering online.  This is a short term issue and will be fixed in the near future.

Submit your receipts for online purchases here and we will manually enter your info to your account.

What is the difference between a physical card and virtual card?
A physical card is a plastic card that acts as both a gift card and a loyalty card. It must be registered online in order to use it as a loyalty card. With a virtual card, you do not have to carry anything around, you simply provide your phone number to the cashier.

How do I earn points towards my Salem’s Loyalty Reward(s)?
While you will still earn one (1) point for every one (1) dollar you spend, tax not included, we have made some minor changes to the program. Most notably, loyalty customers will receive whole points only and no longer receive decimals. Instead, we will be rounding to the nearest whole dollar.

For example, if your bill before tax is $9.50, you will earn 10 points. On the other hand, if your check, before tax, is $9.49, then you will receive 9 points.

When do I get my 50 FREE points?
After you register your card, your 50 free points will be added automatically.

If I forget to give the cashier my phone number or physical card, can I still get my points?
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to add points after your purchase. The only exception to that is if our systems are down. Please inform the team member that you wish to apply your purchase to your loyalty account.

I just registered my account. Can I get points for my old receipts?
Points are awarded from the date of registration and forward. We are unable to add points for receipts dated prior to your registration date.

When will I get my Salem’s Loyalty Reward(s)?
When you have earned 100 points on your loyalty card, a $10 Salem’s Loyalty Reward* will automatically be loaded onto your card for use on your NEXT eligible visit.

Can I get cash back from my rewards?
No, we do not offer cash back on rewards.

Are Salem’s Loyalty Rewards available at all locations?
Because we are a franchise, our franchisees have the option of participating in our loyalty program. Currently, 11 of our 13 locations are participating.

Can I get Salem’s Loyalty Reward(s) if I don’t register my card/account?
You can still earn points while your card is not registered. However, you will not be able to redeem any rewards until your card has been registered.

Is my Salem’s Loyalty Reward automatically applied to my check?
No. You must inform our team member if you would like to use your reward. Your reward will be saved until your next visit, but must be redeemed within 45 days from the time that you originally earned the Salem’s Loyalty Reward. Rewards passing the 45 day mark will expire and may not be reissued.

When I redeem my Salem’s Loyalty Reward(s), will I still earn points?
Yes, you will still earn points for the money that you spend. So if your original bill was $14.99 before tax, and your had a $10 Salem’s Loyalty Reward, you would earn 5 points for the balance that you paid.

Can I redeem more than one Salem’s Loyalty Reward at a time?
No. You can only redeem one Salem’s Loyalty Reward per check.

Can I use a coupon and a Salem’s Loyalty Reward on the same check?
Yes. You can use both  coupon and your Salem’s Loyalty Reward.

Do my Salem’s Loyalty Rewards expire?
Yes, you must use them within 45 days from the date you earned your reward.

What is a Salem’s Birthday Reward?
We want to celebrate with you! You will receive a Salem’s Birthday Reward for 50% Off Any Combo* that can be used one time, any time during the calendar month of your birthday!

When can I redeem my Salem’s Birthday Reward?
You can redeem your Salem’s Birthday Reward any time during the calendar month of your birthday! So if your birthday is January 15th, you can redeem your Salem’s Birthday Reward from January 1st – January 31st.
